Brian has advised private clients, small and medium businesses and voluntary organisations on a wide variety of legal matters for many years.

His areas of expertise cover Wills, Probate, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Wardship and Succession planning. In addition, Brian has considerable experience in Personal Injury and general Litigation and ADR, commercial and construction law, both contentious and non-contentious and all property related matters.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Instititute of Arbitrators and has extensive experience of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Resolution.
